Diverse Diagnostics asks for a 48-hour (business days) notice of cancellation/rescheduling without any charge.* No refunds will be given if cancelled within 48 hours.

*The ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) requires 72 hours  (business days) cancellation/reschedule notice.

**If questionnaires haven’t been completed by 3 business days before the feedback session (last appointment), Diverse Diagnostics will have to reschedule the appointment and no refunds will be given for that appointment.
