Dr Jagdish Basra has over 10 years of experience of working within professional football, and has developed the Psychology program for the UEFA Coaching badges for the IFA and FAI.
At its core, this program aims to cultivate a deep awareness among players and coaches regarding the intersection of sport and mental health challenges. Moreover, the program emphasises personal development, mental skills enhancement, and lifestyle adjustments that collectively pave the way for achieving personal success.
