Understanding Adult ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects both children and adults. While often associated with childhood, ADHD persists into adulthood for many individuals. With the right treatment, individuals can enjoy a fulfilling life without their symptoms impacting their day-to-day activities.

Adult ADHD manifests through core symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. However, these symptoms often present differently in adults compared to children.

Living with undiagnosed ADHD can significantly impact:

Real Experiences, Real Results

Real Experiences,

Real Results

I had spent hours (days!) watching TikTok videos and reading articles about ADHD in adult woman and felt it explained so much about my life. I still wasn't sure if I really had ADHD and was really uncertain about getting a diagnosis. I spoke to a woman at Diverse Diagnostics and honestly she was just so reassuring and knowledgable - explaining that their assessment would not just tell me yes or no 'you have ADHD' but looking into other things that might be impacting me. That was really reassuring that I'd not just be given a yes or no on one dimension. The whole process was also really flexible...I was able to select my time for assessment so it worked for me and do the assessment virtually. I also did the QB test to have a more thorough diagnosis and it kinda blew my mind. When I got my diagnosis, the psychiatrist really patiently explained it to me and was really thorough in explaining my options. Easily the best thing I've done for my health and wellness
